This course is aimed at those who have completed one of our black and white film & darkroom courses, weekend workshops or have some experience of darkroom basics.
The course will provide supervised time in the darkroom printing a number of your negatives, allowing you to explore things such as contrast control, burning and dodging and printing on different paper types, working towards the best possible black & white print. If you've done our Black & White Film & Darkroom course or weekend workshop, this course is the perfect next step.
If you haven't used a darkroom for a few years (or decades), this course will help you improve your darkroom knowledge and practical printing techniques. It is also suitable for those teaching photography as an art subject. Course fee: $385.00, including GST.
