Studio lighting intro workshop, running on select Saturdays in 2025

Mastering photographic lighting is a lifetime study, but this workshop will give you a solid start on that journey. It is aimed at understanding lighting concepts, with a focus on portrait photography as a means to understanding lighting in principal. This workshop is intermediate level, somewhat technical, and not suitable for total beginners.

This workshop is aimed at learning how to shoot black & white film, and to develop film and make prints in a traditional darkroom. Covers basic camera and darkroom use, film processing, proofsheet-making and basic printing of enlargements.
